Irish Authors Welcomed at Talking Leaves Bookshop

There’s nothing quite like the magic of a good story, except maybe getting to meet the storytellers themselves! Castletroy Town Centre was absolutely buzzing as Talking Leaves Bookshop welcomed not one, not two but three bestselling Irish authors for an unforgettable afternoon of creativity and connection through the art of story.

We were thrilled to welcome Roisin Meaney, Patricia Gibney and An Post Book of the Year author Donal Ryan to Castletroy for a literary experience that left readers feeling inspired and a little starstruck.

Throughout the afternoon, these literary powerhouses shared excerpts from their latest works, offering a glimpse into their writing process and heart behind each piece. Bookworms gathered to listen and even get their favourite books signed, turning an ordinary weekday into a truly extraordinary experience. Talking Leaves once again proved to be a hub of imagination and storytelling, and we couldn’t be more trilled to see such talent brought to Castletroy Town Centre.
